Molotov are half way through a year long contract with Low Cost Holidays which is totally focused on improving individual and company sales performance. We designed and delivered several energising training workshops which have been followed up by one to one coaching and mentoring sessions. The results have delivered a return on investment of over 1000%.

Over the past six months the conversion figures have improved dramatically and are still rising. In addition to this, Molotov have recruited and trained a number of travel homeworkers for Low Cost Holidays.
