Outbound sales trainingAvery Weigh Tronix is one of the Worlds leading suppliers of weighing systems and associated products, supplying airports, post offices and businesses worldwide. Molotov was asked to design and deliver two one day sales workshops aimed at improving outbound sales techniques for their outbound tele-sales team in Birmingham.

The aim of this project was to improve confidence and develop structured and consistent outbound sales techniques using rapport and influencing skills.

The style of the day was informal and fun but designed to focus on outbound sales techniques. Delegates were supplied with red bull and sweets and throughout the day took part in individual, pairs and group exercises which finished with a role playing exercise using plastic fruit (Don't ask!) .

Molotov will be following up these workshops every three months to ensure consistency and work one to one with different sales consultants in order to demonstrate a return on the training investment.
